Over the past 10 years, I’ve taken many yoga classes at various studios. After a successful tenure as the Chief Marketing Officer of a world renowned behavioral health treatment center, Lisa Jane went back to her roots of entrepreneurship and established Wellness Legacy, a company designed to help ambitious women create a healthy lifestyle for themselves at the intersection of their business and professional life and their holistic health.
For over 28 years, she has been supporting people in the process of getting help for addictions and mental health needs, promoting a holistic philosophy of recovery and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with specialties in addictions, faith-centered, and working with athletes. She is a 300-hour Healing Emphasis Yoga Therapist and trauma-informed trained focusing on the therapeutic benefits of yoga. She is well-known as a national presenter on a variety of topics ranging from branding, marketing, and leadership development, scaling business to addiction recovery and therapeutic yoga.
One of her interests is dance and music and gravitates toward the use of singing bowls in her practice for the healing properties. She is certified in Chakra Balancing with Sound Therapy and enjoys bringing this modality into private and group sessions.
As a Certified Professional Coach, Lisa Jane loves working with ambitious business owners and leaders to help them work through challenging situations, seasons or longer term growth and development and utilizes a long standing people tool, ADVanced Insights by Innermetrix. She holds certifications as a Professional Behavior, Values and Attributes Analyst.
